About Us

I want to share with you a little more about my story, so you know how the internet works for me.  I have been a business owner for 26 years, working in the Real Estate industry as a real estate appraiser and consultant.

In good years I make a solid six figure income. I own my home, a  rental unit, drive a newer truck, pursue two of my favorite passions, fly fishing and golf, and have had the opportunity to adventure travel all over the world, heli-skiing in B.C., salt-water fly fishing in Kiribati and the Yucatan, fly fishing all over the US and Canada, archery safari in S. Africa and Zimbabwe, sight seeing in Europe, Mexico, Ukraine.

Yes, I know, sounds pretty terrific and in those good years I would agree, but we all know what has happened in the real estate industry and specifically the real estate finance industry to which my business is so closely tied.

Bachelor Humor

With the end of my bachelorhood also clearly in sight, the upheaval in my industry and uncertainty of that future, the constant adapting, doing more for less, and the constant specter of the economy, liability and government regulations hanging over my head like a guillotine, I realized that it was time to make a change.  That the vehicle I had chosen just wasn’t going to provide the future and security my family deserved.

And to be honest, I liked what I did and am very good at it, but after 26 years was feeling a little burned out.  Also, I’ve always felt that though I could help someone realize the dream of home  ownership, what additional value was I able to add to their life?

So I started looking on the internet and I came across an advertisement, perhaps similar to the one you did.  I personally contacted that person and after completing my due diligence, I decided to move forward.

Within hours of that decision, I was up and running with my own website, and I had potential customers to talk with.

With pre-qualified customers and training on how to professionally follow-up, it’s been impossible NOT to succeed.

And now I’m thrilled to be a part of this growing team of professionals, especially since this is JUST the start of something HUGELY special!

And while it’s obvious why people want to partner with our teams and proven systems, it might not be so obvious why we, you and me should partner together.  The answer is simple, I’m not going to quit, period.  More than that, I am not going to quit on you either.  As long as you are willing and will keep doing what it takes to succeed in this business, in our system, you will succeed and I’ll be right there helping you realize your dream, helping you secure the future you and your family deserve.  Can you get excited about that?  I do.

Remember a while ago I mentioned I just wasn’t satisfied with the impact I was having into the lives of other people?  Now I am so happy to be helping people succeed and secure the future of their families—you better believe that excites and motivates me, big time, and in doing that secure the future of my own dream and family.

And it’s not just me and the action I put behind my own business here, which works on your behalf, but also my mentors and teammates who you have direct access to when you come aboard.  And this is yet another great strength of our team, you and me can be very different people, and that’s ok because I know there will be someone on the team you can totally identify with and they will be there to help you as well and when you bring someone aboard that doesn’t exactly mesh lockstep with you, you’ll be able to find resources in terms of people, that person can and will identify with and you yourself will be that resource for yet another team member and this is the great benefit of the diversity of our team.

You see, it’s not our commonness and common experience that creates our success, in fact this diversity, as I just pointed out, helps us greatly.  It’s our common desire to succeed and our common action towards those goals that create our success.

Creating that success for me and for others on our team is a HUGE motivator and a big reason why I literally jump out of bed in the mornings, excited about who will I help today?  What new, cool thing am I going to learn about internet marketing or improving my follow-up skills?  The opportunity to be mentored by the incredible and giving professionals on our team and the chance to share something that can have a positive and lasting impact on someone’s life.  Today, maybe it’s you!
